Building a life by design after starting over.
I’m Mandy Michelle Carter, a single mom of two, marketing strategist, business teacher, lifestyle creator, and woman who had to rebuild life from the ground up.
After divorce, debt, emotional exhaustion, and years of feeling like I was carrying everything alone, I made a decision.
I was not going to spend the rest of my life just surviving.
So I started rebuilding one small step at a time.
My routines.
My health.
My confidence.
My finances.
My home.
My career.
My peace.
My future.
Now this space is the hub for the life I have built and the work I am still creating.
Start where you are.
Rebuilding your life does not happen by doing everything at once. Choose the next step that fits the season you are in right now.

Prioritizing Health & Fitness
Your health and fitness are the foundation for everything else in life, but as a single mom, it’s easy to put yourself last. Imagine how different life could feel if you had the energy to keep up with your kids, the confidence to look in the mirror and love what you see, and the mental clarity to handle anything that comes your way. You deserve to feel strong, vibrant, and in control, especially during one of the hardest phases of your life. I’ve been there, and I found a way to transform my health without fad diets or extreme workouts. Let me show you how to prioritize yourself and create the physical and mental strength you need to thrive. Check out my Instagram for fintess tips, workouts and recipes.

Building a life by design.
I know what it feels like to start over.
I know what it feels like to look around and wonder how you are supposed to rebuild everything.
After divorce, debt, emotional exhaustion, and years of feeling like I was carrying more than anyone could see, I had to make a choice.
I could keep surviving, or I could start rebuilding.
There was no overnight transformation. There was no perfect plan. I rebuilt slowly through small decisions that changed the way I lived, worked, parented, spent money, took care of myself, and protected my peace.
I paid off debt. I created routines. I got stronger. I built healthier habits. I created a home I love. I rebuilt my confidence. I found stability again.
Now, I share the honest pieces of that journey to remind other women that starting over is not the end of their story.
It can be the beginning of a life they actually choose.
This space is for the woman who is starting over, tired of survival mode, craving peace, rebuilding confidence, creating routines, and learning how to take care of herself again.
You are allowed to build a life that feels like yours again.
Start small. Keep going.
Build with intention.
Starting over changed every part of my life. It changed the way I parent, work, spend money, take care of myself, protect my peace, and create routines that actually support the life I want.
This space is where I share the real pieces of that rebuild: the honest single mom moments, the systems that keep my home moving, the wellness habits that helped me feel strong again, the work that created stability, and the everyday reminders that survival mode does not have to be the final chapter.
You do not have to rebuild everything overnight. You just have to start choosing the next step that brings you closer to the life you want to live.
